Awakn Life Sciences Corp. has announced it has qualified to trade on the OTCQB Venture Market.
Biotechnology company, Awakn Life Sciences, which has clinical operations developing and delivering psychedelic medicines to improve the treatment of addiction and which has recently opened its second therapy clinic in London, UK, has announced it will trade on the OTCQB.
Awakn will trade under the ticker symbol AWKNF as of Tuesday, 12 August, 2021.
Introducing Awakn to the US
Awakn says trading on the OTCQB, which is recognised by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission as an established public market providing public information for analysis and value of securities, will enhance its visibility and accessibility to US investors.
